We have an RV built on a Mercedes 3500 sprinter chassis. Was using a two piece funnel to add a few gallons of diesel fuel, when the corrugated piece of the funnel broke loose and just disappeared into the fuel tank. Since it is a tube I doubt there will be problems (unless the plastic does something?)
What do you suggest I do, if anything? Is there a need to remove it from the tank?
Thanks in advance
I wouldn’t worry to much – if there are any tiny plastic pieces the fuel filter will take care of them.
I own a 2005 Mercedes Dodge Sprinter Passenger Van which we are slowly converting. As of not the roof top A/C is not working. The fan works great but I don’t think the condenser is turning on. Perhaps it needs to be charged, it does have ports. We have tried charging it ourselves but it would build pressure and then make a popping noise and lose all the pressure. Any thoughts or suggestions very much appreciated.
